This home is an architectural masterpiece with features and bold detailing throughout. Our role was to deliver a complete electrical and technology solution that blends in with the design — minimalist in appearance, efficient in operation, and seamless for everyday living. Technical Scope
Electrical fit-out
The electrical scope was delivered with a clean, considered finish, keeping everything functional, reliable, and aligned with the home’s architectural intent. The aim was to support the design — not distract from it — while ensuring the home operates effortlessly.
Network design (whole home)
A robust network is the foundation of a modern smart home, so we designed the system from the ground up to ensure stable coverage, speed, and reliability across the entire property. This allowed the AV and automation systems to perform consistently, with smooth connectivity for the owners and their devices.
Audiovisual and automation
Technology was integrated with a strong focus on discretion. Systems were designed to be intuitive to use while staying visually minimal, protecting the heritage character and architectural detail throughout the home.

A major highlight was the invisible speaker solution. It delivered impressive sound quality without the usual visual impact — no unsightly ceiling speakers, no compromises to the interior finish, just clean lines with premium audio performance.
